It’s a new year, why not celebrate it with a FIRST DAY HIKE at Hammocks Beach State Park! Join a park ranger on the first day of the year for an exciting hike through the woods. You will get the opportunity to explore part of the parks new property. Discover new sights and sounds while taking in the fresh air. You never know what you may come across; a deer, a soaring eagle, or even a slithering snake! Bring binoculars if you have them.
